Rules of the Patch!

Welcome to The Pendle Witches Pumpkin Patch! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, we kindly ask that you read and follow the terms and conditions below. By entering our premises, you agree to abide by these rules.

1. General Admission

• Admission fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

• Outside food, alcohol, or pets are not permitted unless otherwise specified (service animals are welcome).

2. Health & Safety

• Visitors must follow all posted signs and staff instructions.

• Smoking, vaping, and open flames are strictly prohibited on the property.

• Please wear appropriate footwear; grounds may be uneven, muddy, or slippery.

​​​3. Pumpkin & Product Purchases

• One pumpkin is included with admission. Additional pumpkins are available at a fixed price

• All sales are final. Damaged or spoiled pumpkins cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.

• Please handle pumpkins with care to avoid damage before checkout.

 

​​​​4. Property Rules

• Climbing on fences, farm equipment, or displays is not allowed.

• Any vandalism, theft, or damage may result in immediate removal and potential legal action

• Trash and recycling must be disposed of in designated bins.

 

​​​​5. Photography & Media

• We reserve the right to take photos and videos for promotional purposes.

• Visitors may take personal photos, but professional photography sessions require prior approval.

6. Liability Waiver

By entering the pumpkin patch, visitors acknowledge that farm activities carry inherent risks (e.g. uneven ground, insect bites, weather conditions). The Pendle Witches Pumpkin Patch, its owners, and staff are not responsible for injuries, lost items, or damages sustained during your visit.

 

​7. Weather Policy

• The pumpkin patch is an outdoor venue and subject to weather conditions.

• We may close temporarily or cancel activities due to unsafe conditions (rain, lightning, flooding, etc.). No refunds will be issued for weather-related closures unless otherwise stated.​​​​

8. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any visitor who fails to follow these rules, engages in disruptive behaviour, or poses a safety risk.
